The Mitsis Grand 5 * is a historic hotel (built in 1962), where world famous personalities stayed, namely: Margaret Thatcher, Gulmunt Kohl, Gregory Peck, Konstantinos Karamanlis, Mikis Theodorakis, Anthony Quinn, Queen of Holland and many others. Moreover, in 1987 a meeting of the leaders of the EU member states was held here. Today the hotel has been completely renovated (in 2000) and can be ranked among the best five-star hotels in the world

The hotel is quite worthy of the title of one of the best in Rhodes and all its five stars. The location is good - this is the first line. The beach is across the road. Quite comfortable and free.
