The thematic minihotel "Bivak" was opened in 2009. The estate was stylized in the 1812 theme. A stylized mini-hotel with a fireplace room, includes exclusive suites, a living room with a cafe for 25 seats, a gaming hall and a mini-museum.

In the design of the hull, the spirit of history can be traced: pictures painted on walls, wrought-iron and wicker furniture, constructions from natural wood.
